Why Did My FlexBooks Account Stop Syncing?
There are two main reasons for your FlexBooks account to stop syncing:
- Your MindBody to FlexBooks API connection has become disconnected
- Your QuickBooks to FlexBooks API connection has become disconnected
How can I check to see if my MindBody to FlexBooks API connection has become disconnected?
- In MindBody, click on Manager Tools
- Click on Settings
- Click on MINDBODY Add-ons
- Click on API Integrations
- Look under the section "Who has access to my API?"
- If you do see "DrumBeat", your MindBody to FlexBooks API is still connected. (Don't click the "Remove" link!)
- If you don't see "DrumBeat", your MindBody to FlexBooks API has become disconnected
How can I reconnect my MindBody to FlexBooks API connection?

How can I check to see if my QuickBooks to FlexBooks API connection has become disconnected?
- In QBO, click on Apps in the left-hand navigation
- Select the "My Apps" tab
- If you do see "FlexBooks MindBody sync", your QuickBooks to FlexBooks API is still connected.
- If you don't see "FlexBooks MindBody sync", your QuickBooks to FlexBooks API has become disconnected
How can I reconnect my QuickBooks to FlexBooks API connection?
- Go to https://www.flexbooks.io/login
- Login with the email address and the password you set up. (If you have any issues with this, please see How do I login to my FlexBooks Account?)
- Click on your Company Name in the bottom left-hand corner and then select Settings
- Under the "QuickBooks Connection" section, flip the switch to "off" to disconnect it
- Then flip the switch again to "on" and follow the instructions to reconnect to your QBO account
- Your FlexBooks account will be up-to-date by the next calendar date
