How do I cancel my FlexBooks subscription?
To cancel your FlexBooks subscription:
- Go to https://www.flexbooks.io/login
- Log in with the email address and password you used when you signed up
- Click your company name in the bottom left corner, then choose Subscription
- Click the Cancel Subscription button
What happens after I cancel?
- Your sync will stop at the end of your current billing period (or immediately, depending on your plan terms shown on the cancellation screen).
- Data already synced to QuickBooks stays in QuickBooks. FlexBooks does not remove transactions when you cancel.
- Your Mindbody API connection (DrumBeat) may remain until you remove it in Mindbody. You can remove DrumBeat under Manager Tools > Settings > MINDBODY Add-ons > API Integrations if you no longer use FlexBooks.
- You can reconnect later by logging back in and reactivating your subscription.
I cannot find the Cancel button
Common reasons:
- Wrong login email — you may have created the account with a different email than you expect. Try any email addresses associated with your studio.
- Stuck on the activation screen — if you never completed setup, the Subscription page may not be accessible. See Stuck on activation below.
- Bookkeeper account — if a bookkeeper created the account but the studio owner needs to cancel, either party can cancel if they have the login credentials.

Stuck on the activation screen
If you signed up for a trial but cannot complete Mindbody setup (for example, you are a bookkeeper without owner permissions), you may be unable to reach the Subscription page.
To cancel:
- Try logging in at flexbooks.io/login and clicking your company name > Subscription.
- If you still cannot access Subscription, email FlexBooks support from the email on the account and request cancellation.
Include your studio name and Mindbody Site ID if you have it. We can cancel the account on our end.

Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and your billing terms:
- If you were charged after requesting cancellation, contact support immediately with the charge date and amount.
- If you could not complete setup because the Mindbody owner was unavailable, explain the situation — we review these case by case.
- If you accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support before canceling so we can consolidate billing and Site IDs.
Email flexbooks.io/contact with your account email, charge date, and amount. Most billing inquiries are resolved within 1–2 business days.
